How to make

  • Add The UV Food’s Black Currant Ice Cream premix/instant mix packet to 500ml milk.
  • Stir the mixture constantly and let it boil until milk rises, then cook your premix mixture for the next 2 minutes.
  • Now let the mixture cool till it reaches to room temperature.
  • Fill the mixture into an airtight plastic box and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours.
  • Remove the frozen mixture into a bowl and mash it; add 2 spoons of cream and beat it with the beater or blender for 8-10 minutes.
  • Fill it back into Airtight Plastic Box, sprinkle any toppings of your choice, and let it freeze for 8-10 hours.
  • Now, your tasty Black Currant Ice Cream is ready to be served.
