How to make

  • Take 500 ml of milk in a vessel and boil it.
  • After the milk starts rising, add The UV Food’s Dry Fruit Basundi premix/instant mix packet.
  • Let the mixture boil for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
  • Let the Basundi mixture cool down to room temperature.
  • Garnish the mix with additional dry fruits and put it in the refrigerator.
