How to make

  • Take The UV Food’s Special Jain Red Gravy Premix/Instant mix in a bowl, add 100 ml water, and mix it well.
  • Take a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil/ghee/butter and cook your favourite vegetables till they turn goldish brown and keep them in a bowl.
  • Heat 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water in a pan for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • Now add the premix paste into the mixture and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

(Suggestion: boil 2 tomatoes and 2 green chillies in 150 ml water for 2-3 minutes. After it slightly cools down, add the mixture in a blender and make a puree. Add the puree into the mixture, soft texture and better taste)

  • Add the grated vegetables to the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish the sabji with coriander leaves and cream.
  • Serve your tasty vegetable sabji with phulka roti, naan, or other bread.
