How to make

  • Take 200 ml of water in a bowl to create the batter.
  • Add The UV Food’s Special Gujarati Nylon Khaman Premix/Instant mix into it(not the masala pack), mix thoroughly, and keep the batter aside for 5 minutes.
  • Take a large vessel with the required quantity of water(as per the vessel dimension), put a round stand inside and boil the water. 
  • Apply oil on the inner surface of another deep round plate and place it into the vessel.
  • Now add the small packet(given in the packing) to the batter and spread it on the hot plate inside the vessel.
  • Put the lid tightly over the vessel and let the batter steam for 20 minutes.
  • Let the Nylon Khaman cool for 10 minutes.
  • Now, cut the nylon khaman into square pieces and put them into another bowl.
  • Take 5-7 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, and green chilli pieces on a pan and sizzle them.
  • Add 200 ml water and 3 tablespoons sugar (if you require more sweetness) and allow it to boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the boiling sizzle evenly over the khaman pieces. Garnish khaman with fresh coriander leaves and shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy the tasty Gujarati-style Khaman Dhokla.
