How to make

  • Take 400 ml of water in a vessel and boil it.
  • Add The UV Food’s Black Currant jelly premix/instant mix packet into the boiling water and stir until the powder fully dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture into the mould of your desired shape. 
  • Let the mixture cool down to room temperature without stirring.
  • Refrigerate the jelly mixture for about 3-4 hours. 
  • Now, your delicious crystal back currant jelly is ready to be served.
