How to make

  • Slowly add 100-200 ml of water into The UV Food’s Special Gulab Jamun Premix/Instant mix. 
  • Mix the premix mixture properly till it’s perfectly even.
  • Rub oil or butter on both palms and roll around 35-40 gulab jamun balls softly without any cracks.

(Suggestion: for better taste, add milk instead of water)

  • Fry the balls in oil/ghee at medium temperature until they become goldish. 
  • Skim off the gulab jamuns from the oil/ghee without excess oil/ghee.
  • Add gulab jamuns in hot sugar syrup for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy hot/cold savoury gulab jamuns.

 

Steps to prepare the sugar syrup:

  •  Heat of 600 grams sugar and 650 ml water at low flame for 5 minutes.

(Suggestion: you can add kesar and elaichi into the sugar syrup to enhance the taste)
