How to make

  • Take 500 ml milk in a vessel and boil it. 
  • After the milk rises, add The UV Food’s Rajbhog Kulfi Premix/Instant mix and boil it until the mixture rises 2-3 times.
  • Let the mixture cool down. 
  • Now add 2-3 spoons of cream and dry fruits of your choice.
  • Pour it into a kulfi mould and freeze it for 7-8 hours.
  • Now you can enjoy your luscious rajbhog kulfi.

(Note: for easy removal of kulfi, keep the mould in lukewarm water for few seconds.)
