How to make

  •  Take an aluminium pan or a cooker (remove whistle of the cooker) cover it with a lid and preheat it for 10 minutes.
  • Simultaneously prepare The UV Food’s Red Velvet Cake instant mix by following the given steps. Mix 6 spoons ghee and 4 spoons curd for 2 minutes. Pour around 20 spoons hot milk into the mixture and mix it thoroughly for 2 mins.
  •  Apply ghee on the mould and spread it evenly on all sides and then pour the mixture into it.
  •  Add the vessel into aluminium pan/cooker and heat it for 40-45 minutes after covering it. (Note: Follow the similar steps for oven at 170 C for 10 mins and let it cool down in oven itself for 20-25 minutes. And for microwave heat mixture for 5 minutes and let it cool in the microwave itself for 10 minutes.)
