How to make

  • Take an aluminium pan or a cooker (remove the cooker’s whistle), cover it with a lid, and preheat it for 10 minutes.
  • Simultaneously prepare The UV Food’s Vanilla Cake premix/instant mix by following the steps below. 
    • Mix 6 spoons of ghee and 4 spoons of curd for 2 minutes. Pour around 20 spoons of hot milk into the mixture and mix it thoroughly for 2 minutes.
  • Take a mould of your desired shape, apply ghee on its surface, spread it evenly on all sides, and then pour the mixture into it.
  •  Add the vessel into an aluminium pan/cooker and heat it for 40-45 minutes after covering it.
  •  (Note: Follow the similar steps for the oven at 170 °C for 10 mins and let it cool down in the oven itself for 20-25 minutes. For the microwave, heat the mixture for 5 minutes, and let the mixture cool in the microwave itself for 10 minutes.)

    I baked this cake in kadhai. And replaced eggs with curd. It turned well. Nice eggless cake soft n spongy, taste is good as like market.
